Paramparik is an eminent community welfare organisation serving Rural Education and Indian Classical music since 2001. It is an independent, donor-supported non- profit society based in Kolkata, India [Reg. No. SO123835 of 2004-2005].

Paramparik Indian Classical Conference has remained the best-curated independent classical conference in Kolkata for two decades. We have hosted almost all of the stalwarts, from Shivkumar Sharma, Hariprasad Chaurasia, Birju Maharaj and Rajan and Sajan Mishra, and many many more.

Paramparik has financially sponsored more than 8000 underprivileged students of rural Bengal for higher studies over the last two decades. Many of them are successful professionals today. They are our teachers, doctors, engineers and nurses.
