About the Event

a → b the journaling circle

bangalore moves fast. the noise, the pace, the pressure — it never stops. you move from one thing to another until your mind feels full, but you feel strangely empty.

a → b is your gentle pause in the middle of all that rush, a weekly circle that helps you slow down, reflect, and return to yourself. it’s not a workshop or an event; it’s a ritual, a soft corner where you can exhale.

On quiet friday evenings, we gather with pages and our hearts open. guided prompts lead you inward, colours spill gently onto the page, and each week we use one medium of art—a poem, a pencil, a crayon, or a sheet—to focus on, letting it anchor us. it becomes a quiet companion, a reminder that journaling and grounding aren’t privileges reserved for calm days; they’re necessities.

as you write, collage, or let your thoughts spill, something shifts. the noise starts to settle. your body remembers what calm feels like, your mind begins to untangle, and for a little while, you notice yourself again — your feelings, your thoughts, your stillness. week after week, your pages become proof that you’re slowly, gently finding your way back home—to yourself.

a: the rush, the chaos, the noise.

b: the calm, the clarity, you underneath it all.

💛 from overwhelmed to grounded, from doing to being, from a to b.
