About the Event

The unique combination of Chinese dim sum and European patisserie sets Yauatcha apart from other Cantonese and dim sum restaurants in the city. The patisserie offering at Yauatcha includes an array of macarons, petit gateaux and gateaux.


Since the beginning, our desserts have been the most loved and Instagrammed. In this masterclass, our Patisserie Chef; Chef Bala will take you through a step by step process and will show you how to create three amazingly delicate and decadent looking desserts. He will also pass on some unique hits and tips while he teaches you how to make-


  • Chocolate Pebble 
  • Honeycomb Ice cream 
  • Raspberry Macarons 


The masterclass is followed by a tasting of the desserts and will be accompanied by some dim sum and tea.
