1. Rights of admission reserved.
2. Children below 5 years will not be permitted.
3. Admission only against the production of appropriate donor pass.
4. Refund or cancellation of donor passes will not be entertained.
5. Seat numbers will not be allotted – seating will be on first-come-first-serve basis within the ticket category.
6. Organisers reserve the right to add, withdraw or reschedule artistes for the show without any notice whatsoever.
7. For security reasons, frisking and checking of handbags and personal baggage will take place at the entrance.
8. Valet parking is available at The Music Academy. Parking is also available at St. Ebba’s School.
9. The organisers are not liable if the event has to be cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances.
10. Donations made towards donor passes will not be refunded if the show is cancelled due to force majeure.
11. Donor passes that are missing due to loss, theft, damage or due to any other reason will not be replaced.
12. Cameras and video recorders are not permitted inside the venue. Attendees will not be permitted to record the event without authorisation.
