Mayank B Nagori, CoFounder of Gud Gum, India's first plastic-free & all natural chewing gum, at this instructive podcast.Mr. Mayank, who is from Bengaluru, Karnataka, is currently working on processes to reduce, reuseand recycle the food waste around us. He completed his bachelors in Chemical engineering at the B.M. S. College of Engineering in Bangalore and Masters in Food production management at theUniversity of Nottingham. Mr. Mayank is Food Tech Consultant & Science Enthusiast.

Apart from this, Mr. Mayank is Founder at Pani Foods which is developing a range of healthy, guiltfree fruit snacks under the brand name HUKI. Mr. Mayank is also Co-Founder & Chief Taste Officer at the Soft Corner which looked into the important aspect of product development with a special focus on sensory characteristics of the ice cream- taste, aroma & texture.
