About the Event

Intro to Animal Flow- Learn to move like a beast through life; use animal like fluid movements to improve overall balance and stability, promote relaxation and reduce stress.


About the Session:

 An innovative fitness program that combines quadrupedal and group based movements. Inspired from various training disciplines, it's a fun, challenging workout that emphasizes fluid movements. The movements here are adaptations of animal movements, when stitched together can be put into a beautiful movement flow.


What is Included:

1. Each participant will have the opportunity to learn and experience the basics of Animal Flow. (go from Understanding & Performing Basic Movements with Repetitions) and how it helps with mobility, balance and core strength. 

2. Participants will learn to conduct form specific stretches and also move towards travelling form (ape, forward/backward crawl and the crab walk) 

3. Participants will learn to practice wrist mobilization & Static Activations (Improve one’s ability to control body in any environment, with or without external load moving through space)

4. Meet and form purposeful connections with oneself and other members through conversations & reflections. 


 

Who is it For:

This is perfect for any individual who is looking to invest in themselves, in improving strength, stability, muscular endurance, mind-muscle coordination, mobility, flexibility, binocular vision. Participants need to be 18 years and older and can integrate this flow into existing fitness routines.
