Embark on an exciting expedition to Anthargange Hills trek and discover the hidden gems of Karnataka’s natural beauty. Explore the ancient Anthargange Caves and immerse yourself in the rich cultural heritage of Karnataka’s stunning landscapes.

Trek Details

Trek Distance: 6 km (both ways)

Trek Difficulty: Easy to Moderate

Altitude: ~1,226 meters

Starting Point: Antharagange Base, Kolar

Trek Duration: 3-4 hours (including ascent & descent)

Trail Type: Rocky Staircase & Temple Path, Forest Trails & Rocky Terrain,Cave Exploration Sections.

Note: Choose a Friday date for Saturday Sunrise. And Choose a Saturday date for Sunday Sunrise.

Once your booking is confirmed, we will add you to a WhatsApp group on the departure date around 6 PM, where we will share all necessary updates and information related to the trek.

Antharagange Sunrise Trek from Bangalore – Detailed Itinerary

Day 0: Night Departure from Bangalore

◆ 11:00 PM: Pickup starts from RR Nagar

◆ 11:30 PM: Pickup from Banashankari

◆ 12:00 AM: Pickup from BTM Layout

◆ 12:30 AM: Pickup from Silk Board

◆ 1:00 AM: Pickup from Marathahalli

◆ 1:30 AM: Pickup from Tin Factory & KR Puram

◆ 2:30 AM: Reach Anthargange Base Camp, followed by a short briefing.

◆ 4:30 AM: Rest and prepare for the trek.

For a group of 10-11, a 12-passenger Tempo Traveler will be arranged.

For a group of 20, a 22-seat Mini Bus will be designated.

For a group of 30, a 30-passenger bus will be provided.

For a Group of more than 35 People will be provided a 50 seater bus.

The pickup location remains the same; only the timings will vary, and updates will be shared in the WhatsApp group.

Day 1

◆ 5:00 AM: Start the Antharagange sunrise trek through rocky steps and temple pathways.

◆ 6:30 AM: Reach the summit and witness the breathtaking sunrise over Kolar.

◆ 7:00 AM: Explore the volcanic caves and surrounding viewpoints.

◆ 7:30 AM: Start descending towards the base.

◆ 8:30 AM: Reach the base camp and freshen up.

◆ 9:00 AM: Depart for Bangalore.

◆ 10:00 AM: Hearty Breakfast (self-sponsored)

◆ 11:30 AM: Depart to Bangalore

◆ 01:00 PM: Drop-off is same as pick up location

Note: After booking you have to provide PAN Card/voter ID / Driving license details for trek permits.(Aadhaar card not accepted)

Cancellation Policy:

0-15 Days Before the Start Date: No refund will be provided, and 100% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

15-30 Days Before the Start Date:50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation.

Once your refund is initiated, it will be credited to your account within 5-7 working days.

If trips or activities get cancelled due to weather or government restrictions, we will try our best to offer an alternative. However, no refund will be provided in such cases.
