About the Event
Written as a homage to Girish Karnad, it picks up from the narrative of Swarnalata in the play Yayati (Girish Karnad's first play), and investigates the life of two newly-weds who are torn to shreds by the inquisitions into their past. His jealousy and line of interrogation lead him to self-destruction.
The play was short-listed for the Sultan Padamsee Playwright Award 2020.
