Learn to Punch and Defend like a professional boxer in this super intensive Boxing Course. Get trained with the fundamentals of defence and attack techniques and become an expert in kickboxing, stand-up techniques, hand-boxing, and advanced fighting skills like Striking, Defence and Counter-attacks.

Every session starts with the warm-up and is highly motivating. After the initial six sessions, the course structure is designed as per the individual’s strength and weaknesses.

This training not only brings out the inner confidence but this also helps you become healthier and work more efficiently and helps in weight loss.

Royak Kickboxing Academy has been training hundreds of people for fitness and fights for over 11 years. Their founder and head trainer, Satya is one of the best coach for combat sports, highly motivating and designs workout as per the individual’s strength and weaknesses. He has trained under Shreedharan and Harish Chinappa in boxing and MMA. His achievements include to be the youngest NIS qualified coach in India and has coached 2 national teams. His expertise is Stand-up technique, Boxing, Kickboxing and advanced fighting skills like Striking, Defence and Counter attacks.
