Through improvisation we train our mind to respond to random situations, to be more focused and to be present in the moment. 

So let’s take risks, train our minds to think under pressure, to be present in the moment, drop all inhibitions, face any situation and learn to deal with them :)

Gauri Bakshi is mother, writer, director and a theatre practitioner. She has been actively engaged in imparting life-skills training through drama in schools and corporates.
