I'm Dr. Suhasa G, certified yoga instructor, in "Yaana Yoga Academy", & am also an organizer of our Daily Online Yoga Classes.


  • I welcome you all to our online celebration of "Krishna Janmashtami" by adapting Asana, Mudra, & Pranayama, & listening to entire Bhagavadgita shlokas in about 4-hours duration.

The """Asanas, Mudra, & Pranayama""" are adapted on 11th August 2020 on occasion of

"""Sri Krishna Janmashtami""".


The entire Bhagavadgita will be played on 11th August 2020 in around 4-hours duration from 5 o' clock to 9 o' clock once in morning & once in evening.

A set of 11 easy-to-adapt yogasanas are selected & all the shlokas of Bhagavadgita will be listened in these asanas. Each asana is adapted for around 10 minutes.

Before starting of every asana the instructions are given in KANNADA HINDI & ENGLISH languages.


In an adapted yogasana our breath is synced to the time duration of words or lines of Bhagavadgita chanting. This is carried out by adapting an original form of Bhramari Pranayama.

Makaara is chanted both during inhalation as well as exhalation. The Makaara is chanted from nose & not from mouth. Mouth is completely closed.

LEARN & ADAPT BHRAMARI PRANAYAMA.


The inhalation-Makaara may be difficult to beginners but on practice inhalation Makaara will be smooth & for extended time duration.

The time duration of inhalation-Makaara-chanting & exhalation-Makaara-chanting is comfortably synced with the time duration of as many words or as many lines of the shlokas of Bhagavadgita.


While constantly practicing Bhramari Pranayama in a Yogasana Shambhavi Mudra is also adapted.

A paper strip having a colored dot on either sides of a piece of double sided gum tape is used to effectively practice Shambhavi Mudra with opened eyes.


The paper strip is pasted on bhrumadhya that is the upper tip of nose. By turning the eye balls up each of the colored dot is focused using respective eyes so that the eye balls automatically gets focused to Bhrumadhya.

>Thus we adapt both Shambhavi Mudra & Bhramari Pranayama in a Yogasana

throughout our program that lasts for 4 hours.


The 11 yogasanas that we adapt on 11th August 2020 are:-

1. Namaskara Balasana

2. Parvatasana

3. Balasana

4. Bitilasana

5. Marjariasana

6. Gomukhasana

7. Shaithalyasana

8. Hindolasana

9. Padmasana or Ardha-Padmasana

10. Namaskara Jyesthikasana

11. Namaskara Advasana


All these yogasanas are generally adapted for around 10 minutes along with Shambhavi Mudra & Bhramari Pranayama.

Also some of these yoga practices should not be practiced by pregnant ladies.
