The tickets are subject to the following terms and conditions 

- The tickets are absolutely non-refundable 

- The tickets can be transferred to another person in case of a medical condition 

- in case of a natural calamity, the tickets will not be refunded 

- Each ticket is for one individual only 

- The festival is for upliftment of Bir village and so accommodations of all attendees will be across the village 

- the stays in the packages will be allocated on a first come first serve basis in various backpacker hostels, home stays and hotels depending on the package chosen 

- The stays allocated will not be changed later 

- Guests attending the festival with the pets need to inform the organising team before hand to make stay arrangements accordingly
