Rakesh Bedi has acted in over 150 films and TV shows in a career spanning over 4 decades. He first came in public attention for his comic role in the 1981 hit "Chasme Buddoor." The actor then won many roles in films like Vishwasghaat, Saajan Chale Sasural, Mr. and Mrs. Khiladi and Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. He also continued doing plays and his most noteworthy role in the one-man play Massage, where he played 24 different characters on-stage. Around the same time, Bedi's roles in TV shows such as Ye Jo Hai Zindagi, Shrimaan Shrimati and Yes Boss made him a household name. Recently, he starred in several Punjabi movies and acted in his first TV drama Shubh Vivah. He was last seen in the film, Thoda Lutf Thoda Ishq (2015) and Hum Sab Ullu Hain and Chehere: A Modern Day Classic (2015).
