Chef Bawmra Jap of the acclaimed Goan restaurant - Bomra's - is all set to create a series of dinners at Magazine Street Kitchen. The chef has taken his rich Burmese heritage, modernised and refined it, and created a menu using fresh produce. The family style meal will have a distinct Burmese soul and wil draw on and fuse influences from the nearby regional cuisines of China, India, Laos and Thailand. The seating will be community style.
