A. General Guidelines:

1. Entry Timing & Process:

•            Gates open at 4 PM. Please arrive early to ensure a smooth entry.

•            Entry is allowed only through valid tickets purchased via authorised partners.

•            E-tickets must be presented on mobile or as a printout at the entry gate.

•            Wristbands will be provided at the entrance, which must be worn throughout the event.

•            Re-entry is not allowed once you exit the venue.

•            Please do not purchase tickets if you feel sick.

•            Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.

•            ⁠An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment.

•            Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.

B. Venue Guidelines:

1. Security Check:

•            Any kind of bags are not allowed inside the venue.

•            Security checks and frisking will be conducted at entry points.

•            Items such as outside food & beverages, tobacco products, pan masalas, illegal substances, sharp objects, weapons, professional cameras, and any other unauthorised items are strictly prohibited.

•            Any prohibited items will be confiscated at the entry.

2. Food & Beverages:

•            A variety of food and beverage stalls will be available inside the venue, featuring multiple cuisine options.

•            Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited.

3. Parking & Transport:

•            Limited parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

•            We encourage carpooling or using public transport/rideshare services for convenience.

•            Designated drop-off and pick-up points will be marked outside the venue.

C. Concert Experience Guidelines:

1. Photography & Recording:

•            Professional cameras and recording equipment are not allowed.

•            Mobile photography is permitted, but please be mindful of fellow attendees.

•            Live streaming or recording of the entire event is strictly prohibited.

2. Emergency & Medical Assistance:

•            A first-aid station will be available at the venue.

•            Ambulance and medical personnel will be on standby for emergencies.

•            In case of an emergency, please reach out to security personnel or event staff immediately.

3. Code of Conduct:

•            Any form of harassment, unruly behaviour, or violence will lead to immediate removal from the event without a refund.

•            Please respect fellow attendees, event staff, and performers.

•            Crowd surfing, mosh pits, and aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.
