Terms and Conditions:

1. Registration and Payment:

• The workshop fee is INR 400 per parent-child pair, payable at the time of registration.
• Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of the full payment.
• Payments are non-refundable unless the workshop is canceled or rescheduled by the organizers.

2. Participation:

• This workshop is designed for children aged 5 to 12 years, and each child must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Only one parent and one child are allowed per registration.

3. Workshop Timings and Venue:

• The workshop will begin promptly at 12:00 PM and conclude at 1:00 PM.
• Participants are requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the workshop to ensure a smooth check-in process.

4. Health and Safety:

• All participants are expected to follow any safety and hygiene protocols provided at the venue.
• If any participant feels unwell or shows symptoms of illness, they are advised not to attend the workshop for the safety of others.

5. Liability:

• The organizers of the event will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the workshop.
• Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times during the event.

6. Photography and Media Consent:

• By attending the workshop, participants consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers in advance..

7. Code of Conduct:

• Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and cooperative attitude during the workshop.
