Terms & Conditions:

1. Registration:

• All participants must register in advance through the provided registration link or at the venue. Spots are limited, and registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Payment of INR 300 is required to confirm your spot. 

2. Workshop Materials:

• All required materials for the workshop will be provided by the event partner, STEM ed TECH.
• Participants are responsible for handling the materials with care. Any damage caused to the equipment due to negligence may result in charges.

3. Attendance and Participation:

• The workshop is designed for a parent-child duo. Both participants must attend together to fully benefit from the hands-on experience.
• The workshop will start promptly at 10:30 AM. Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time to settle in.
• Active participation is encouraged throughout the session to enhance the learning experience.

4. Health and Safety:

• Participants are responsible for ensuring their own and their child's safety during the workshop.
• Please follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the facilitators.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• In case the workshop is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund or an option to attend a rescheduled session.
• The payment is non-refundable.

6. Photography and Media Consent:

• By registering for the workshop, participants consent to photography and videography, which may be used for promotional purposes by the organizers and partners. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in advance.

7. Code of Conduct:

• All participants are expected to maintain a respectful and positive environment during the workshop.
