Terms & Conditions:

-This is a registration-only event. No tickets need to be purchased. You may simply register for each of the 3 days and attend all of the activities. Some of the activities in the schedule have a limited seating capacity. You will need to register on separate individual event links (on District by Zomato) for these events to secure your spot.

-The terms and conditions are subject to change without any prior intimation

-Ticket holders will be required to exchange e-registration for a wristband. 

-Show Timings: Friday, 14th February, 6:00 PM onwards until Sunday, 16th February 2025, 10:00 PM.

-Gates open 30 minutes before each day.

-Parking is not available near the venue. We encourage you to go green and use public transport to get to the festival. 

-Children below the age of 13 years of age, will require a parent/guardian to accompany them during the festival.

-Right of admission Is reserved with the organizers.

-The organizers reserve the right to frisk the attendees at the entry points for security reasons. Your cooperation is solicited.

-Cameras, handbags, bottles, cans, or tins are not allowed inside the venue.

-The use of audio or video equipment is strictly prohibited.

-No food and/or beverage from outside is permitted inside the venue.

-The organizer does not take responsibility for the loss or theft of any personal belongings.

-The event is subject to force majeure conditions.

-The artiste line-up and schedule are subject to change without any prior intimation.

-The consumption of banned substances is prohibited.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue.

-Enjoy responsibly and do not drink and drive.

This event is free to enter on all 3 days. There will be individual workshops and sessions, which have a limited seating capacity - please see the schedule accordingly to know which event requires a separate registration, and ensure you register there to secure your slot in the respective workshop/session.
