1. Non-Refundable Tickets: Once booked, tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded.

2. Arrival Time: We recommend arriving at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to your booking time to ensure a seamless entry experience.

3. Special Seating Arrangements: Seating is subject to availability and is not guaranteed without a table reservation. For exclusive table bookings, additional charges apply. 

4. Prohibited Resale: Unlawful resale or attempted resale of a ticket will result in ticket cancellation without refund or compensation.

5. Admission Rights Reserved: The venue reserves the right to deny admission if necessary.

6. Change of Terms: These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the organizer.

7. Security Checks: For everyone's safety, security checks may be conducted. The venue holds the right to inspect bags or other belongings.

8. Age Restriction for Liquor: Liquor will only be served to guests aged 25 years and above. Valid ID proof may be required at entry.
