About the Event
Pastry Queen of India and Executive Chef of La Folie, Chef Sanjana Patel along with self taught baker, food blogger and Instagram sensation, Shivesh Bhatia have come together for a chocolate filled Friday this World Chocolate Day.
In her first demo class at La Folie Lab, Kamala Mills, Chef Sanjana will demonstrate the Art of Plating, the delicious dessert Madagascar and luxurious variations of our indulgent hot chocolate, perfect for the cozy weather.
Shivesh will demonstrate a decadent spiced chocolate-pecan cake with whipped dark chocolate ganache.
This will be followed with an interaction with Chef Sanjana with her giving a few basic tips to the attendees.
Madagascar (Gluten Free) - 64% raspberry madagascar chocolate mousse with infusion of fresh raspberry, balsamic vinegar andspiced cremeux.
Variations of Hot Chocolates.
Shivesh - Spiced Chocolate Pecan Cake with Whipped Dark Chocolate Ganache.
