About the Event
In the middle of the year 2009, office bearers of Coimbatore District Hoteliers Association (CDHA) were facing a challenge in potentially changing customers preferences and tastes. The city has always stood high and unmatched by any other cities in Tamil Nadu for its richness of tastes and sumptuous living. The discussions happened to find the unity in diversified taste and preferences of the food lovers to assemble at one place. Thus Taste of Coimbatore was born inspired by such festivals held in the west like Taste of Chicago etc.
