1. The gate is scheduled to open at 10:30 AM.

2. The event's happening is subject to government approval.

3. On the day of the event, a physical ticket or wristband will be issued at the venue box office upon presenting your e-ticket purchase confirmation from Paytm Insider. Please ensure to bring a valid photo ID for verification of the ticket holder's name along with your e-ticket printout.

4. Any ticket with an altered barcode or hologram will be deemed invalid.

5. No refunds will be provided for purchased tickets, even in case of rescheduling.

6. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced with duplicate ones.

7. Re-entry during the event is strictly prohibited.

8. The artist lineup and attractions listed may be subject to change.

9. Organizers reserve the right to conduct security checks on attendees at the entry point for safety reasons.

10. The organizers, their agents, officers, or employees are not liable for any injury, damage, theft, losses, or costs incurred during or as a result of the event.

11. The consumption and sale of illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

12. Outside colors are not permitted; eco-friendly colors will be provided inside the venue.

13. Professional cameras, recording devices, weapons, food, bottled beverages, and alcohol are prohibited inside the festival grounds. Food and beverages will be available for purchase onsite.

14. Entry is prohibited for individuals carrying real or prohibited colors.

15. Admission rights are reserved, and individuals suspected of carrying offensive or dangerous items or engaging in illegal activities may be subjected to search.

16. First aid/medical facilities will be available, but the organizers do not assume responsibility for any arising issues.

17. Disputes are to be resolved under the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.

18. Organizers reserve the right to deny admission or eject ticket holders from the venue without refund for breaching these terms and conditions.

19. Possession, sale, and dealing in narcotics drugs and psychotropic substances are punishable under the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, with imprisonment ranging from 6 months to 20 years.
