About the Event

No matter what’s going on in your life, eating is mandatory and some use food as a crutch. A warm bowl of soup to rid away the blues. All in all, it’s a terrific therapy for mindfulness that activates your 5 senses – looking at colourful things, listening to their sounds – the sizzle, smell the aromas, sense of touch while dicing and chopping and ofcourse…the yummy taste!


WAAMH bring you an interactive 45 minute session with your favorite celebrities cooking their favorite meals. This Week, with the gorgeous Catherine Dayal!


We use their kitchen space to mix in mindfulness, with the viewers. Cook along with someone, focus on the ingredients and the process to forget the current issues. You’d know the host, but won’t know the dish you’re preparing, Ingredients will be shared with you a day before the event, so you’re prepared to bring out the Masterchef in you!
