1) Chocolate ganache frosting

2) Vanilla buttercream frosting

3) Rainbow frosting

Additionally you learn :

1) How to whip cream to stiff and perfect peaks

2) How to color cream & understanding the concept of the same

3) Making variations from basic recipes 

4) Making center filled cupcakes 

5) Using different kind of nozzles and piping bag
