Your purchased ticket to attend the festival constitutes your consent to your voice, name, appearance and likeness in connection with the event being used, reproduced and exploited in any form for any purpose, without compensation, in any media, whether now known or hereafter devised, throughout the universe in perpetuity, by Maushi Events Private Limited, it's successors and assignees and licensees.

The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in courts in Mumbai.

People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.
