Do you believe that your cocktail recipes can truly change people’s lives? Delhi Cocktail Week is bringing you the ultimate platform to showcase your cocktail making skills. Whether you’re a professional bartender or a dilettante (Amateur, make-shift party bartender), DCW cocktail competition is open to all. There will be series of innovative challenges where top 20 participants will be presenting their cocktails to a panel of international celebrity mixologists. The winner will be taking a grand prize home. The recipe of the cocktail has to be inspired by the global cities of the world while retaining a distinctly Indian twist. Time to test your mixing skills.

Day 1: December 14

Round 1:

20 Bartenders will be given 8 minutes each. Each participant has to present 2 portions of their entry cocktails. Only 10 bartenders will be selected from Round 1 to go to Round 2 on December 15.

The Top 20 bartenders will also get complimentary passes for an exclusive interaction and training by renowned bartender Andrea Pitroda on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 in Monin Studio, Gurgaon.

Day 2: December 15

Round 2:

The 10 selected bartenders from Round 1 will compete in this round. Each participant will be given mystery ingredients like liquor, flavours and mixers to recreate a cocktail in 5 minutes in front of the international jury. 5 bartenders will be selected to go to Round 3.

Round 3:

The 5 selected bartenders from Round 2 will have to serve their Best cold weather cocktail or warm cocktails. 20 special invitees will be voting for top 5 cocktails.

There will also be an after-party at PCO with all the global bartenders, industry experts and winners of the competition.
