Instructions:

2. Request you to carry ID proof.

3. No Late Entries will be allowed. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time of the program.

4. When attending a program at the G5A warehouse, attendees agree to be photographed/videographed/recorded for promotional use by organizers through both print and electronic media channels.

5. Please note that the information in the schedule is subject to change in case of unforeseen events.

6. We request you to bring warm clothes as it gets chilly inside the black box as temperatures need to be controlled at optimum levels as per technical requirements.

7. Food, beverages, and water are strictly prohibited inside the black box. Please do not carry them in your bags either.
