Mission: To make the Haryana Drug Free #MeinBhiDhakad "DHAKAD" the word derived from the land of haryana is a metaphor of being strong and humble. Dhakad - which is the part of State Action Plan is a flagship Movement aiming to create mass awareness against drug abuse in Haryana. specifically targeting the youth in Universities, Colleges, Schools and other educational – training institutions.

The selected “DHAAKAD’s (Achievers) from the fields of Sports, Entertainment, Arts & entrepreneurs, who have achieved an inspiring success against all odds and are serving the nation with their notable contributions as the real role model for today’s youth will be conferred the DHAKAD INDIA AWARDS by the Hon'ble Chief Minister Haryana Sh. Manohar Lal.
