This April, KCC presents Divine Dhrupad – a vocal recital in the Darbhanga tradition featuring Hindustani classical vocalist Dr Sumeet Anand Pandey belonging to the illustrious Darbhanga lineage of vocalists from Bihar, accompanied by Shri Nishaant Singh on the pakhawaj. 

Originally sung at temples and later in royal courts and now in public concerts, Dhrupad is known for its calmer nature, majestic gait, and melodic, rhythmic and lyrical richness. This presentation at KCC promises an evening of devotion, tranquillity, and melody – so book your seats now!
