The workshop exposes participants to various aspects of acting, theatre methods and modern techniques that would help them learn and grow.

• Understanding the actor’s physical and emotional apparatus through yoga, body movements and theatre games.

• Voice development, diction, speech clarity and breathing.

• Dialogue delivery and structuring.

• Expressing emotions and feelings, exhibiting character personalities.

• Exercises in dramatic reading.

• Body movements and gait for the stage

• Stage presence, importance and meanings of entry-exits, angles and stage positions

• Understand elements of stage craft such as costumes, make up, sets etc.

• Review of classic plays

• Study of great actors.

• Developing self-confidence, improving communication skills, exploring opportunities in theatre and in media.
