Event T&C:

1. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded

2. An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment

3. We recommend that you arrive at-least 30 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry 

4. It is mandatory to wear masks at all times and follow social distancing norms

5. Please do not purchase tickets if you feel sick

6. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation

7. Rights of admission reserved.

8. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer.

9. Ticket involves cover for 1 Game of Karting + 2 Beers. Karting slots are subject to first come first serve basis.

Standard - House T&C:

1.Driver should be 15 years or above & 120 kg or below to be qualified to kart at Formula Karting.

2. Driver to observe and comply with all circuit/track rules + regulations, request or decision made by Formula Karting management with respect to safety.

3.Driver agrees that Formula Karting crew decision on all matters regarding safety will be final. Alcohol consumption is prohibited before the karting experience.

4.Please carry a valid ID proof along with you.

5.Any driver causing a major crash, racing in a dangerous manner or disrupting the experience, Formula Karting has the right to immediately disqualify the driver without refund.

6.Reporting 15 minutes prior to your session is mandatory. Late entry to the session will not be allowed.

7. Drivers have to mandatorily wear their personal or Formula Karting provided crash helmet, race suit, gloves and suitable footwear like crocs or sports shoes.

8.If drivers have long hair, it should be tied. Sandals are not allowed.

9.Driver will be allowed to take part in the karting experience only if they have attended the full safety briefing. 10.Social Media: You are agreeing to usage of any digital content (images or videos) generated by Formula Karting, or accredited Formula Karting photographers or videographers, Formula Karting incurs the right to use this content for promotional use. Formula Karting will always ask the user for permission before publishing self-user-generated content.

11.No refunds on purchased ticket are possible, even in case of any rescheduling.

12.Security procedures, including frisking remain the right of the management.

13.No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, laser devices, bottles will be allowed.

14.People in an intoxicated state will not be allowed to participate.

15.Formula Karting management is not responsible for your personal belongings.
