About the Event
Dudhsagar Falls, a four-tiered waterfall on the Mandovi River in Goa, India, is located 60 km from Panaji by road. It's positioned on the Belgavi–Vasco Da Gama rail route, around 46 km east of Madgaon and 80 km south of Belgavi. With a height of 310 m (1017 ft) and an average width of 30 m (100 ft), Dudhsagar Falls ranks among India's tallest waterfalls. Situated in the Bhagwan Mahaveer Sanctuary and Mollem National Park, it marks the Mandovi River's journey from the Western Ghats to Panjim, where it meets the Arabian Sea. Surrounded by biodiverse deciduous forests, this waterfall is also known as Tambdi Surla locally. While it may not appear extraordinary during the dry season, it becomes a magnificent force of water during the monsoon, fueled by rain.
Itinerary
Day 1
04:30pm:- Reporting at Pune Railway Station & Depart towards Kulem
Day 2
5:30 am:- Reach Kulem
06:00 am:-Have Breakfast & start hiking towards the waterfalls after a short briefing session.
09:00 am:- Explore the Waterfall & the embrace the views
12:00 pm:- After a brief period of time at the waterfall make your way towards the station.
03:30 pm :- Have meal & rest for some time
04:00 pm:- Start the Return Journey towards Pune.
Day 3
05:30 am:- Reach Pune.
