Chef Sandeep Sreedharan, who originally hails from Mahe, North Kerala, is bringing a slice of Kerala to you. He will be curating a special culinary Sadhya experience with a vast variety of dishes for you. All recipes originate from his family and were passed on over generations. His food is inspired by healthy, vegetarian cooking which has also influenced the food on the menu at Elaa Goa.
