Film Synopsis

Help Yourself: Nitin, 27, nursing a broken heart with coffee and jazz, finds his quiet mornings disrupted by a fragile 26-year-old breakfast companion. Their conversations touch on Jaun Elia and mental health, forcing Nitin to confront his own pain. Later, witnessing a dead man ignored by a crowd preoccupied with mundane concerns like recipes and exams, Nitin returns home to a stark realisation about life and death.

Kanchenjunga: On a winter's day, a boy and girl reunite over coffee, revisiting their shared past. The girl has become independent and distant, contrasting with the boy's lingering emotional attachment. Her refusal of his trip to Kanchenjunga underscores her detachment. The film subtly flips traditional gender roles, portraying the girl as strong and independent, while the boy displays sensitivity and attachment, challenging conventional norms and highlighting the fluidity of masculinity and femininity.
