Day 1 – 1 6 March 2023 (Pune)

11:00 pm – Reporting At Kharadi By Pass, Shivajinagar, Swargate, Katraj. 11:30 pm – Departure from pune

Day 2 – 17 March 2023 ( South Goa )

• 10:00 Am – Upon Arrival in Goa and check into your pre-booked hotel.

• 10:30 Am – After Refreshment Have breakfast.

• 11:30 Am - Transferred for your South Goa Sightseeing. South Goa Tour Includes

Immaculate Conception Church, Old Goa Churches, Archaeological museum of Goa,

Panjim.

• 03:00 Pm – Have Lunch.

• 07:30 Pm – Returned back to Hotel.

• 9:30 Pm – Have Dinner.

• 10:00 Pm – Take Rest Or Visit Local Places as per your comfort.

Day3– 18March2023(NorthGoa)

• 8:30 Am – Wake Up Call.

 • 10:00 Am – Have Breakfast.

10:30 Am - Transferred for your North Goa Sightseeing. North Goa Tour Includes Fort Aguada, Calangute Beach, Baga Beach, Chapora Fort, Vagator Beach, Dolphin or Cruise Trip - Extra Cost.

02:30 Pm – Have Lunch.

06:00 Pm – Returned to Hotel back.

07:30 Pm - Get Ready For Club Night Party At Nearest Beach. 10:00 Pm – Have Dinner.

Booking procedure:

1. On confirmation of tour, we need guest names and Id proof

2. Any confirmation is subject to a non-refundable advance deposit of Rs. 4000/- per person

and has to be paid immediately, after that we can process the booking

3. Balance payment has to be made in advance and must be paid & as per the limit given at

the time of confirmation

Cancellation Policy:

• 50 % refund if notified via phone conversation 4 to 7 days prior to the event date.

  • Seats will be reserved only after Online booking with full payment.

• Fees paid are non-refundable but transferable to another person for the same event.

• The complete schedule of the trek will be given later to registered participants on the

WhatsApp group

• Organizers have all the right to modify or change the schedule of the event in case it is

required due to and according to any technical, environmental circumstances like govt.

rules and regulations, weather, etc

• Organizers hold the right to cancel any event and refund with prior notice to the

participants

• We strictly follow a no alcohol, no drugs, and no litter policy.

 • 75% refund if notified via phone conversation 8 or more days prior to the event date.

  • No refund if the cancellation requested is less than 3 days prior to the event date

• No show No Refund.

• Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against

 cancellation.

• Event Tickets can be transferred to another person against

cancellation.
