It can feel like you’re alone in the anguish, the rebellion. But walk into the fields of resistance and you’ll see that we are right behind you.

5-6 PM  Rest as Resistance: Somatic Awareness Workshop 

Facilitated by Dipankar Panth (Sign up at the venue) 

Warrior's Rest. Constructive rest as a means to reclaim agency and presence. Engaging and reconnecting with our bodies and immediate environments through Somatic practice and awareness. Expanding our sense of self, inner calm and learning how to tap into inner resources. Working within the principles of the Alexander Technique. OPEN TO ALL. Limited spots available. 

6-7 PM Live Performance by Nupur Azadi and Kate Black-Regan 

A vivid, dynamic mix of music, character work, poetry, paint, and pageantry. In these pieces, the eagerness of those who demand rationality from the oppressed is looked at square in the jaw and spat at. Hour-long, multi-disciplinary, multi-genre performance by Bangalore’s favorite two sanskari girls.
