THE CLOCK IS TICKING. ARE YOU BECOMING THE PERSON YOU WANT TO BE ?

This pandemic has taken a toll on our mental and physical health. But as it is truly said that health is wealth and what is in our hands is to treasure this wealth. 

It may be difficult to meet your near and dear ones in this current situation but it’s not difficult to get up, workout and achieve the goals that you have set for your body. 

It’s not at all easy to motivate yourself everyday and get up and do the workout in the scenario we are in today where gyms and fitness studios are shut. Hence we are here to help you in your journey of attaining fitness and help you achieve your goals. It is truly said - “Do something today that your future self will thank you for “.


The 90 min session will include :

10 min stretching

20 min cardio \ kick boxing basic

30 min strength training.

10 min abs

20 min cool down and meditation.


Things required for the workout :

2 same size water bottle, 1 medium size towel , A yoga mat or any kind of mat , and a chair.
