Flight of the Flamboyance (A Flamingo Boat Safari)

Embark on an hour-long boat safari through the beautiful and diverse Bhandup mangroves in Mumbai. We will be guided by a knowledgeable naturalist who will help us see the otherwise unnoticed vibrant flora and fauna that call Mumbai their home. You will also learn about the huge significance of this complex ecosystem and how it keeps our city safe.

How To Get There

Private vehicle: You have to reach the jetty point at Bhandup Pumping Station. Search for ‘Ungavta Dev Ferry Boat’ in Google Maps. Here`s the location link https://maps.app.goo.gl/EuQBXrD35JDgyVMj9

Taxi: While having a private vehicle is most convenient to attend this experience, the next best alternative is a rented taxi. You can type in ‘Ungavta Dev Ferry Boat’ and get dropped here directly. However, on the return, you would have to walk approximately a kilometer to the ticket counter for your return pick-up.

Please note: Rickshaws can’t enter this area.
