The workshop will teach you 5 popular new age brewing methods in a fun and fascinating hands-on experience. After all, your brewing style can have a surprising effect in the flavours of your cuppa even when using the same blend. Using a single estate Arabica, Gerson will show a step by step technique of brewing coffee using equipment like the AeroPress, Moka Pot, French Press, Pour Over and the latest Cold Brew Coffee Maker. He’ll take you through the technicalities including the ratio of water to coffee, right temperature, coarseness of the beans, etc. Each brewing cycle will then be followed by a tasting, and your preferred method will boil down to your personal taste, time and technique!
