About the Event
In this walk, we will be exploring the galleries of IVC and you will learn about some interesting Historical facts of Indus Valley Civilization and Harappan Civilization. We will be discovering about the glorious Mathura Art. We will talk about the history of Gandhara Empire which was an ancient Indo Aryan Civilization. We will also learn about the teachings of Buddha and how he led to the Rise of Buddhism. The walk will also include about some historical facts about the famous ancient Gupta empire which was considered to be a golden period for Indians. We will be witnessing artefacts from each of these glorious empires.
Important Details :
• There is no guided fee for children below 5.
• The medium of instruction is Hindi and English
• Please note that in case of unavoidable external reasons such as (weather conditions, political rallies, VIP movement, powercut) the walk may be canceled. The participant has the liberty to take another walk by the company against the payment they have made within 30 days since the date of the registered walk. The company does not have refund policy.
