About the Event

Functional bootcamp is a group physical training program designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of exercises. Loosely modeled on aspects of fitness training used in the military, the Boot camp Workout has become very popular in recent years, and with very good reason. Some of the most impressive benefits of this workout are burning calories, increasing strength, boosting confidence, improving aerobic endurance, aid coordination, increasing balance, changing lifestyle outlook, and motivating long-term health.

About The Instructor : Pratiush Sharma
Pratiush is a Mixed Martial Arts Fighter & Trainer with a variety of skills ranging from Capoeira, Boxing, Kickboxing, Acrobatics and Yoga. With over a decade of experience learning and teaching, he has trained people from various walks of life. Having been trained in Israel & Germany under various masters of Capoeira, MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing & Muay Thai, Pratiush's aim is to expand horizons with his wide skillset and help people in staying fit.
