About the Event

The name Ganjifa comes from the Persian word “Ganjifeh” which means playing cards. The speciality of these cards is that they are traditionally hand-painted. Ganjifa cards are circular or rectangular, and traditionally hand-painted by artisans. The game became popular at the Mughal court, and lavish sets were made, from materials such as precious stone-inlaid ivory or tortoise shell.

Let's experience the essence of art together. Join us for creating joy of life in the Ganjifa painting Workshop by The Rooftop! (@rooftop_app)
