About the Event
Learn how to make beautiful yet easy gourmet desserts for the upcoming holiday season with Chef Bani Nanda from Miam, New Delhi. Miam - a patisserie that does fabulous cakes and macarons - was started in 2015 by Chef Bani with an aim to popularise French neoclassical entremets. Chef Bani learnt her craft from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and while she follows traditional French baking processes, she’s incorporated a little bit of herself in all her tasty goodies. Chef Bani is all set to come to Mumbai for the first time to conduct two hands on workshops at Magazine Street Kitchen!
