Celebrate the World Meditation Day together with us at Yogami. Attend this 45-minute online Guided Meditation workshop by Dr. Deepti Dyondi. The session will help you counter stress and anxiety, and calm your body and mind completely.


No pre-requisites. This session is perfect for people exploring meditation.


No special props. Just need a clean and ventilated place to sit,


Deepti has been teaching meditation, yoga and dance for over a decade now. She is a 200 hour Yoga trainer from The Yoga Institute. She has a PhD in biotechnology from IIT Bombay. However, she decided to pursue her passion of yoga, dance and fitness.
