Q1. How do I redeem my ticket?

Download your tickets (PDF with QR) on your mobile device. If you have purchased multiple tickets, they will each have a different QR. Make sure to have all QRs handy for a hassle free experience. Show the QR at the Insider Box Office and collect your band. Please bring your Government issued photo ID cards for identification.

Q2. Are there separate Box Offices for VIP tickets and General Access tickets? 

The Box Office for all categories is located in the parking opposite Hall 4 at the NESCO Center. There are different lanes for each category. Make sure you join the relevant queue as per your ticket. 

Q3. I have a Festival Pass. Do I need to collect a separate band for Day 2?

Yes, all Festival Pass holders need to re-redeem their tickets on Day 2 using their QR at the Insider Box Office and collect a separate band for Day 2. 

Q4. Can I buy tickets at the venue? 

Yes, tickets are available for purchase at the Insider Box Office at the venue.

Q5. Is parking available at the venue?

Limited parking is available at the venue on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Q6. Can I exit the venue and enter again on the same day?

This is strictly a single-entry event. Re-entry on the same day will not be permitted.

Food and beverages are available for purchase at the venue. Alcohol will be served only to persons above the Legal Drinking Age wearing LDA bands. 

Q9. How do I reach the venue? 

Enter from Gate 1 of the NESCO Center and come to Hall 4. The Insider Box Office is located in the parking opposite Hall 4. Uber/Ola drop off will be at Gate 1.
