Life-casting is the process of creating a three-dimensional copy of a living human body part, through the use of molding and casting techniques.

Here, you will be taught to make a cast of your hand which you can keep with you for the rest of your life. You can learn hand casting for different hand positions and details of the raw material supplies. Detailed explanation will be given along with hands-on experience. This technique can also be used for couples hand casting and mould casting with babies and parents!

We shall cover the characteristics of a mould, the techniques of pouring a good mould along with the perfections and imperfections of a mould, ejecting a mould without damaging it and giving rustic effects to the mould with its inherent imperfections!

About me: I'm Jolly Parekh, a DIY enthusiast, who has spent years trying to perfect the different methods of making beauty, cosmetics and personal care products. I have spent the last 2 years teaching these methods to several students, who have gone ahead and started their own brands. Art and teaching are two of the things that I love, and I am very excited to share this experience with all of you!
