Instructions

1.Its mandatory for every guest to present a GOI approved valid phot ID at the time of entry.

2. Chalo Kasol huts and camps reserves the right to terminate any ongoing trip on the account of guest misconduct, misbehavior (physical/mental/verbal or any kind), other guest inconveniences, trespassing, vandalism, personal hygiene, drug abuse or any unwarranted actions. In all such cases, the guest shall be asked to vacate the premises immediately without any refund.

3. Drugs'/substance abuse is strictly prohibited at our campsite.in case anyone is found possessing or consuming drugs their stay, strict action shall be taken against him/her and the person would be asked to vacate the camp immediately.

4. Camp management shall not be held responsible for any loss of luggage or personal belongings. Guests shall make sure not to leave their belongings unattended all the time. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.Please carry a valid ID proof along with you.

2.No refunds on purchased ticket are possible, even in case of any rescheduling.

3.Security procedures, including frisking remain the right of the management.

4.No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.

5.The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in courts in Mumbai.

6.People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.

7.Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event.

8.Venue rules apply.

9.By buying tickets to the event, you agree to adhere to all Government Protocols that are or would be laid out by the Authorities.
