Itinerary:
Day 1 - 31st December '23
Assemble at SGNP in Borivali by 10am.
All pickups will be done by 12pm depending on the traffic.
Halt midway for lunch around 1pm.
Arrive at the campsite by 3:30pm and have some refreshments.
Freshen up and stroll around the campsite and check in into your tents.
By 4pm, gear up for Kayaking, Raft Boating and Open Water Swimming.
Enjoy the mystic moonlight and stars above you with:
- Bonfire to keep you warm
- Friends to keep you happy
- Peaceful music to match the ambiance
- Games and humorous stories to make you leave behind the strenuous week.
- Have the appetizing local cuisine for dinner by 9:30pm.
- See moon and planets quite closely under an amazing telescope.
- Gaze at sky full of stars and understand more with our stargazing expert.
- Enjoy some fireworks at midnight 12am while wishing a new year to your friends & everyone around!
- Enjoy Live Music and chill before you pass out.
Day 2 - 1st January '24
Wake up and have breakfast with garma garam chai!
Freshen up & get ready for the activities:
- Archery
- Rifle Shooting
- Water Sports (For those who missed on Day 1)
- Freshen up and get ready.
- Leave by 11am and sleep in the comfort of Cityflo AC bus.
- Reach Mumbai by evening.
Inclusions:
- Travel: To and fro travel in CITYFLO AC Bus (Package based)
- Stay: Tent stay with blankets (Sharing based on group size)
- Meals: Evening Snacks, Dinner & Breakfast (All at Campsite)

Terms And Conditions - Camping Trips
1. Booking and Registration:
1.1 To secure a spot on the camping trip, participants must complete the registration
process and submit the required consent form.
1.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. Payments
can be made through details provided by us.
2. Itinerary Changes:
2.1 Luxor Trails reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, activities, or
accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather
conditions, safety concerns, or any other factors beyond our control.
2.2 Participants will be notified of any significant changes to the itinerary as soon as
possible.
3. Health and Safety:
3.1 Participants are required to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or
dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
3.2 Luxor Trails will make every effort to accommodate special requests and medical
conditions, but participants are responsible for their own health and well-being during the
camping trip.
4. Code of Conduct:
4.1 Participants are expected to adhere to a respectful and responsible code of conduct
throughout the camping trip.
4.2 Any participant engaging in disruptive or unsafe behaviour may be asked to leave the
campsite, with no refund provided.
5. Insurance:
5.1 Luxor Trails strongly recommends that participants obtain travel insurance, including
coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
6. Liability:
6.1 Luxor Trails is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during the
camping trip.
6.2 Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and equipment throughout
the camping trip.
7. Photography and Marketing:
7.1 Luxor Trails reserves the right to use photographs or videos taken during the camping
trip for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise specified by the participant.
8. Force Majeure:
8.1 Luxor Trails is not liable for any failure or delay in performance arising out of
circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural
disasters, war, terrorism, or other unforeseen events.
Cancellation Policy
1) Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the camping trip will be eligible for a full
refund, excluding any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees.
2) Cancellations made more than 8 days prior to the camping trip will be eligible to either
keep their amounts on hold with us for 365 days and utilise it later for any other trips that
we organise or else participants may even transfer their reservation to another eligible
participant for the same registered trip with the approval of Luxor Trails.
3) Cancellations made within 7 days of the camping trip are non-refundable.
By completing the payment process, participants acknowledge that they
have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and Conditions
