What's your policy on refunds / exchanges / cancellations?
We operate like most entertainment venues: All sales are final.
There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. The exception to this rule is when a performance is canceled.
What's your "bad weather" policy?
The show must go on! If our performers and staff can make it, then shows proceed as scheduled.
How long are the shows?
Most improv shows last 90 - 120 minutes. The show length varies because nothing is scripted.
Is there a dress code?
Casual attire. We just love it when you show up in clothes. If you're wearing a top hat, even better!
Where can I park near the venue?
There is street parking located around the building.
Are cameras allowed?
Patrons may take photographs BEFORE, AFTER, or DURING the show. Like any social event, we ask that you be courteous by silencing your cell phone, keeping your flash off, and to use good judgement so that all guests can have a great experience.
