- Entry allowed only with Valid Ticket.
- No Re-Entry allowed.
- Right to admission with frisking of the ticket holder at the entry point for the security reason is reserved with the Organizers.
- Camera, Hand Bags, Bottle and Tins or canes are not allowed inside the venue. The use of audio video recording equipment are strictly prohibited.
- Outside food, drinks, smoke, beverages and any Consumables items is not permitted.
- The Organizer do not take any responsibilities for the loss or theft of any personal belongings.
- The event is subject to force majeure conditions.
- The Organizer reserves the right to alter or change the program or staging without prior notification and without refund of money or exchange of ticket.
- No money will be refunded or ticket exchange after purchase, unless the event is cancelled. In the cancellation of event, the organizers sole obligation and liability shall be to provide a 50% refund of the face value of the ticket. No other claims will be entertained.
- Duplication of tickets is an offence and will attract legal complications.
- No ticket may be used for commercial or promotional purposes without the written concern to the organizer.
- If any dispute arises in regards to this term and conditions it may be resolved by an arbitrator appointed by FS Events. The arbitration and conciliation Act 1996 will be followed.
- Parking at owner risk.
